You may re-post an image from me with proper credit, don't claim it's your art!I reserve the rights of canceling your order If I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.You are free to print out the picture or even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's for your personal use only and not for sale.I will always send a WIP of the sketch (except for chibis, unless you ask), once the 'OK' is given I will continue, I won't be sending any WIPS after that unless you asked for them.
following cases are considered commercial use:
Reproducing and selling the artwork.When you receive profit in the media where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention.
Ordering and payment
References must be clear and full in color. Descriptions, black and white references are declined.Commissions will be never started unless I receive full payment.Payment must be made within 48 hours unless otherwise stated.If payment is not made in a timely manner, the commission will be canceled.If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the money. You may switch out the character if you do not want to pay for detailed charges.
Refund rules
I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.Completed Art: no refunds.
Deadline
The maximum time I need to finish a digital commission could take up to 2 months.If you need your finished piece quickly and wish for your commission to be PRIORITY, there will be a fee depending on how fast you want it done.
Changes to the sketch and finished artwork
I will be willing to make edits to the sketch 3 times at max (does not apply to chibis). You need to accept the third sketch, or cancel the commission, though I will not refund the whole price since the sketch has already been made.Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. I will only make changes to the final piece if it was an error on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).I will not make the changes unless additional fees are paid (exact amount to be determined, depending on the scale of the change. Nothing too big. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.)

By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated and provide all image credits to me, charikoe on Toyhouse or chariko on DeviantArt.
